2. 30-Day Trial Period: Customers must use the product for at least 30 days before requesting a refund. This allows adequate time to see visible results.
3. How to Claim: To initiate a refund request, email our customer service team at hello@kotia.com.au after 30 days from your purchase date. Include your order number and a short note on why the product didn’t work for you.
4. Return Required: To receive your refund, you must return the product, even if it’s been used. Products must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date (this gives you 30 days to email us after your trial).
5. Refund Details: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and verified. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Limitations: Only one refund request per customer for this offer. Valid for purchases made directly through our official website. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
